Nichino India Private Limited was established in 1969 at Balanagar, Hyderabad.
The formulation of Pesticides was started during the year 1971.
Nichino Chemical Private Limited fully owned subsidiary was established in the year 1993 as a backward integration project to manufacture Pesticide Technicals.
The manufacturing facility at Pashamylaram, Medak District, Andhra Pradesh was commissioned in 1994.
A major expansion of Pashamylaram facility was undertaken in 1997 for setting up manufacturing facility for Acephate Technical.
A dedicated R&D Facility was commissioned in the year 2000 at Balanagar facility with the objective of developing in house synthesis capabilities apart from optimization of the process technologies.
Nichino India Private Limited started formulation facility at Jammu during the year 2004 to cater to the North requirements and also to take advantage of fiscal benefits.
Nichino Chemical Private Limited has set up a second manufacturing unit at Humnabad during 2010 to meet the growing demand for Pesticide Technicals.
The expansion of formulation facility at Jammu is taken up during 2014.
