Workato and Lenovo announced a collaboration to extend Lenovo Qira's agent workflow. Lenovo Qira is a cross-device personal AI system that runs on Lenovo PCs, tablets, and Motorola smartphones. Through this collaboration, Workato will support workflow execution across multiple applications.
Workato announced its expansion into the Korean market, establishing a local office, a dedicated team, and a new data center, while continuing to invest in Korea's partner ecosystem. The company will support Korean businesses in integrating AI adoption with complex legacy IT environments to meet the governance requirements of the new AI Basic Act.
Workato marked the first anniversary of its Singapore AI Lab, launched in 2025. The Lab has developed Singapore-based talent working on Workato AIRO™, introduced a model for growing early-career AI talent, and partnered with SG Enable to expand access to AI careers for persons with disabilities. Workato AIRO became generally available worldwide in July 2026.
Workato released research showing that IT leaders expect to be held accountable for AI agents they do not fully control. In a survey, 62% said they believe an AI agent could cause a public security or compliance incident at their company within 18 months, while 36% said their organization would try to handle a major incident quietly without disclosure.
Workato announced that as of September 2026, the number of AI actions processed for enterprise customers exceeded 1.1 billion, and the user count surpassed 886,000. At WOW 2026, customers showcased how they leveraged Workato's neutral control and execution platform to scale AI initiatives.
Workato was recognized for the third time as a Customers’ Choice in the 2026 Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer” for iPaaS. It received a 4.9 out of 5.0 rating—the highest in the report—with no reviews below four stars among 112 reviews as of June 30, 2026.
