ICC International Public Company Limited was founded in 1964 as a cosmetics business under the name “International Cosmetics (Pias) Limited Partnership”.

Becomes the exclusive distributor of Mizuno sports products.

Progressing towards a public limited company.

Registered as a public limited company and renamed to ICIC International Limited (Public).

A new logo reflecting the company's Asian heritage and philosophy, featuring an "I" for the company name, two stacked "C"s resembling a globe, a dragon symbolizing the zodiac sign of the founding year (B.E. 2507), and a mouse representing the zodiac sign of the year of the name change, signifying Asia's great influence and power, while also embodying agility and resilience to face all situations with patience.

In 1994, the Company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, changing its name to “I.C.C. International Public Company Limited,” and propelled by dynamic innovation, selection of high-quality and value-for-money products, as well as development of modern services to continuously meet consumer needs.

Founded as ICIC International Limited (Public) in 1964 with only 7 employees, originally operating under the name International Cosmetics (Private).

Vogue became the exclusive distributor of Vogue apparel products from Japan.

Arrow became the exclusive distributor of Arrow cosmetics products from the United States.

Registered in the capital market, approved by the Ministry of Finance to become a listed company in Thailand's capital market.

Itokin became the exclusive distributor of Itokin fashion products.

Gila Rose became the exclusive distributor of Gila Rose cosmetics products from France.

La Cost became the exclusive distributor of La Cost cosmetics and fashion products from France.
