Asahi Kasei Homes Corporation

We, Asahi Kasei Homes, were born in 1972 as a housing company of the Asahi Kasei Group. During Japan's high-growth era in the 1960s, we introduced the "ALC Concrete Hebel," a building material that was not previously used in Japan. As urbanization advanced remarkably and homes with superior earthquake resistance, fire resistance, and durability were increasingly demanded, we considered it our mission to meet those expectations and aimed to provide the safest and most reliable homes, launching "Hebel House".
