WAEI Co., Ltd.

Founded in 1975 (Showa 50) in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture, our company has been engaged in hotel management, contributing to the business scene and tourism industry in Shizuoka since the establishment of 'Sun Palace Hotel'.

In October 2011, we opened 'Hotel Just One Susono' in Susono City, offering a location with a view of Mount Fuji and easy access to nearby tourist facilities. It is used by a wide range of customers, including families, groups via large buses, and sports-related visitors such as golf, soccer, and baseball.

In 2018, in response to the new tourism vision 'Tomorrow's Japan Supporting Tourism' formulated by the Japan Tourism Agency, our company is making further efforts to provide more comprehensive services to inbound foreign tourists, including improving facilities and training and hiring staff to handle foreign visitors.

In December 2018, we opened 'Hotel Just One Fuji Koyama' in Koyama Town, Sunto District. Both hotels offer a view of Mount Fuji and are conveniently located near tourist attractions such as Fuji Safari Park, Gotemba Outlet, and Fuji Speedway, attracting a broad range of customers including families, groups via large buses, and sports-related visitors such as golf, soccer, and baseball.
