Established in 1961 as a group company of Takuma, which is engaged in environmental and energy plants, etc., we have built trust with many customers in Japan and overseas by providing a variety of products as a pioneer in the field of private thermal energy.
Established as Takuma Clayton Service Co., Ltd., specializing in the installation, service and maintenance of Clayton steam generators developed through a technical partnership between Takuma Co., Ltd. (then Takuma Boiler Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) and an American company, Clayton Industries. Started operations at Takuma’s Kyoto Factory (present Kyoto Factory).
Developed and mass‑produced the world’s first vacuum type water heater “Vacotin Heater” at Takuma’s Kyoto Plant.
Renamed to Takuma CS Engineering Co., Ltd. : Acquired the complete sales agency rights of Vacotin Heaters from Takuma.
Renamed to Takuma Machinery & Engineering Co., Ltd. as a sales and service company of general purpose boilers.
Merged with Ebara Boiler Co., Ltd. and renamed to the present name. Engaged in the entire business including manufacturing, selling and servicing general-purpose boilers.
Started operations at Kanto Factory.
Established Nippon Thermoener(Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Thailand.
Merged with IHI Packaged Boiler Co., Ltd.
