Our company is promoting a variety of initiatives with compliance enforcement, safety, health, disaster prevention, quality, human rights, and women's empowerment as key themes. Use of CIM in Civil Engineering Design ↗

CIM is a method used in civil engineering projects to link 3D models with various types of data. By creating three-dimensional representations of design targets and visualizing load conditions, vibration, and stress, it facilitates smooth discussions among designers, clients, and contractors. It is applied to projects such as turbine foundation design and seismic performance assessments of quay walls, and is expected to improve operational efficiency.

JFE Design's Vision for BIM Utilization ↗

JFE Design utilizes BIM as a digital hub that centrally manages people and data involved in projects, aiming for information integration. Through BIM, it not only connects data with plant equipment and other fields but also provides visually clear designs to enhance customer satisfaction. It collaborates with structural analysis software and steel fabrication drawing software to quickly create highly accurate BIM models that are consistent with structural calculation reports. In renovation design, it uses point cloud survey data to accurately grasp the existing conditions.
