September 2020: Established JRE Trading Co., Ltd.

September 3, 2020: Our company was established as a 100% subsidiary of ENEOS Renewable Energy (ERE) with the aim of promoting stable supply of renewable energy and market integration.

January 2021: Started control demonstration of battery + solar at Kamegasan Solar Power Plant (Selected for the FY2021 Renewable Energy Aggregation Demonstration Project by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry).

April 2021: Started power retail supply to own power generation facilities.

November 2022: Switched JRE Nagano Omachi Solar Power Plant from FIT to FIP, selling power and environmental value to power markets, etc. (One of the earliest to start operation under the FIP system recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry).

February 2023: Switched ENEOS Yatsushiro Megasolar Power Plant from FIT to FIP, selling power and environmental value to power markets, etc.

May 2023: Acquired aggregator license, expanding renewable energy aggregation business.

June 2023: Selected as a collaborator for the renewable energy aggregation demonstration project publicly solicited by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

April 2024: Changed company name to ENEOS Renewable Energy Solutions Co., Ltd.

June 2024: Jointly developed and started operation of a battery operation planning system utilizing MERSOL, a distributed energy resource operation support service owned by Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc.
