沿革
Alps Business Service was founded in 1986 as a corporation called Alps Training Center by Toshiro Matsui, the founder, to solve the social issue of 'shortage of engineers in companies' in the 1980s. Under the slogan 'Heart to People, Technology to Society,' the company was established with the mission to 'foster creative engineers.'
In 1992, the company changed its name to Alps Business Service Inc. and has been supported by many stakeholders through education and staffing services as a comprehensive human resource outsourcing company. It is scheduled to celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2026.
