Known by the brand name Towngas, it is one of Hong Kong's oldest listed companies, founded in 1862. It supplies gas to about 85% of households in Hong Kong through a pipeline network exceeding 3,500 km and operates more than 500 projects in mainland China. Henderson Land Development holds a 41.53% stake. Co-chairmen: Peter Lee Ka-kit and Martin Lee Ka-shing.
