終戦にともない村上義暎が、代表者に就任。諸機械の製作修理を行う

今治地区造船業の発展と共に今治市波止浜に工場を建設し、株式会社今治機械製作所を設立。船尾骨材・舵構造・クレーン・可動橋の製作を開始する。

愛媛県越智郡大西町(現今治市大西町)に工場を移転
