Tvornica plinskih turbina is acquiring its first SECO/WARWICK vacuum furnace to establish in-house heat treatment for aerospace components, improve quality control and reduce reliance on external services and delivery risks. The furnace offers high-performance gas cooling and precise process control, with SECO/WARWICK providing equipment and technical process expertise.
A U.S. aerospace bearing manufacturer purchased another SECO/WARWICK Vector vacuum furnace to expand its in-house heat-treatment capacity for larger components. The furnace has a 36 × 36 × 48-inch working zone and Low Pressure Carburizing technology, with precise temperature uniformity and cooling control.
SECO/WARWICK is providing a VertiQuench furnace system with auxiliary equipment for heat treating aluminum alloys, primarily for the aerospace industry. The system meets AMS 2750H and AMS 2770 standards, has a 3.9 × 1.7 × 2 m working zone, and achieves full quench immersion in five seconds. It supports water or polymer quenching and artificial aging.
A British partner has commissioned a large-scale SECO/WARWICK Vector vacuum furnace to process oversized titanium castings for the aerospace and energy sectors. Its 1600 × 1500 × 2000 mm work zone, high-vacuum system, gas cooling up to 6 bar, and dew-point and partial-pressure controls are designed to support clean, stable processing.
SECO/WARWICK has signed a contract to supply a Chinese turbine blade manufacturer with a custom high-precision vacuum furnace for high-temperature alloys. The furnace features an all-metal hot zone, temperature uniformity of ±3°C and 12-bar gas cooling. The project involves SECO/WARWICK teams in China and Poland.
