国际精密集团有限公司（简称“IPE 集团”）成立于1990年

香港科达精密工程有限公司成立于1994年, 座落于香港九龍灣宏照道39號企業廣場三期23樓5–6室, 公司业务为进出口贸易为主, 为集团内销售产品及购入相需物料等。

同年IPE集团子公司东莞科达五金制品有限公司成立

IPE (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was established, and IPE Group Limited, a subsidiary of IPE Group, was established in the same year.

IPE Group Limited, established in 1996, is located in Huangsiwei Management Zone, Shijie Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, with an area of 35,000 square meters, a production area of 25,000 square meters and about 300 employees. It mainly produces ultra-high precision parts of computer hard disk drive parts and auto parts, has over 300 CNC lathes, a large number of centerless grinders and cleaning and measuring equipment, and has obtained SGS quality system certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, so as to ensure the quality and accuracy of parts to meet customer requirements.
