The PM30003V-0405 combines an MCU, gate driver, and MOSFETs in one compact device for three-phase BLDC motor control. Its integration is designed to reduce component count, improve system performance, and simplify system layout. It features an ARM Cortex-M0 running at up to 48 MHz, 16 KB of Flash, 4 KB of SRAM, and UART, SPI, and I²C interfaces.
