Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. launched its real estate brokerage business.
The “nomu.com” real estate information website began operation.

Establishment of Nomura Real Estate Urban Net Co., Ltd. (November 6)
Took over the real estate brokerage business, consignment sales business, and insurance agency business in the Tokyo metropolitan area from Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
Took over the real estate brokerage business in the Kansai area from Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Established the Asset Sales Department and started full-scale commercial real estate brokerage business for corporations.
Transitioned to a holding company structure under Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. (Wholly owned by Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc.)
Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc., the holding company of the Nomura Real Estate Group, is listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Established in 2016 as a local subsidiary of N.R.E. Group in Hong Kong, we serve as the overseas branch of Nomura Real Estate Solutions Co., Ltd. which is the “Property Brokerage & CRE Business Unit” of our group. Our mission is to provide one-stop solutions to support overseas clients on their real estate investments in Japan.
Nomura Real Estate Hong Kong was established in Hong Kong in May 2016.
