沿革
In June 1927, Showa 2, a Mitsubishi Rubber Manufacturing Plant was established in Kitahamada-cho, Yokkaichi City. Produces tires for baby carriages, fabric-lined hoses, rubber shoes, etc.
In June 1943, Showa 18, merged with two other companies under the Business Restructuring Order. Established Hinode Rubber Industry Co., Ltd., manufacturing industrial rubber products.
In June 1967, Showa 42, received capital participation from Toyota Gosei Co., Ltd. (Toyota Group).
In August 1989, Heisei 1, relocated to Yamada-cho, Yokkaichi City (current location).
In September 2000, Heisei 12, became a 100% subsidiary of Toyota Gosei Co., Ltd. Capital stock of 23.6 million yen (face value 50 yen, 472,000 shares).
平成19年（2007年）03月 新工場「第2精密工場（現D棟）」完成
In December 2013, Heisei 25, conducted a tree planting event as part of factory forest creation activities. Planted about 4,000 trees.
平成29年（2017年） 創業90周年
In January 2021, Reiwa 3, changed the trade name from Hinode Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. to Toyota Gosei Hinode Co., Ltd.
