December 1992: Established NPC Corporation in Tokyo for the manufacture and sale of vacuum packaging machines
Dec. 1992 : NPC Incorporated is established for the production and sale of vacuum packing machines.
September 1994: Began manufacturing and selling vacuum laminators for solar cell production
Sep. 1994 : Sale of Module Laminators for photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing is started.

May 2012: Transferred operations of the headquarters factory to Matsuyama Factory

November 2012: Started contract processing (OEM production) of solar panels
Nov. 2012 : Contract assembly service of PV modules is started.

March 2015: Moved Tokyo headquarters from Arakawa Ward to Taito Ward

August 2016: Established PV Techno Cycle Co., Ltd. in Ota Ward, Tokyo, with 50% investment (dissolved in June 2019)
Aug. 2016 : PV Techno Cycle Inc. is established as a joint venture with Hamada Co., Ltd. (Dissoluted in Jun., 2019)
September 2016: Transitioned to a business division system, establishing equipment-related and environmental-related divisions

September 2023: Started developing organic fertilizers using food manufacturing by-products
Sep. 2023 : Development of organic fertilizer from byproducts of food production is started.
