1994 株式会社クラレの生産付帯業務を請け負っていた岡山総合サービス株式会社、西条総合サービス株式会社及び玉島総合サービス株式会社の3社を合併し、社名を「クラレテクノ株式会社」に変更。
1997 物流事業に参入し、株式会社クラレの岡山・倉敷・玉島・西条工場の物流業務請負を開始。 中条（現新潟）営業所、鹿島営業所を開設。
1999 東京事務所を開設し、株式会社クラレ東京本社のビル管理を請け負うとともに、関東圏に進出。
2000 西条に介護施設を建設し、介護事業を開始。

2004 株式会社テクノソフト（クラレ100%子会社）のセクリール事業部（人材派遣、人材紹介業）の営業権を譲受し、当社のセクリール事業部(現 HRコンサルティング事業部)を発足。 「アクアクララ」ブランドの宅配水製造・販売事業を岡山県内で開始。 中条町（現新潟県胎内市）で、介護施設「ちゅーりっぷ苑」を建設。

2009 宅配水製造販売拠点の2箇所目として、｢アクアクララ｣堺事務所を大阪府堺市に開設。
2010 クラレ不動産株式会社を吸収合併し、当社の不動産事業部を発足。 大阪本社を現住所に移転。
2012 胎内市の介護施設を増設。
2021 東京支社を現住所に移転。
2022 胎内市の介護施設「ちゅーりっぷ苑」の運営を医療法人社団共生会 中条病院に事業譲渡。
