1949 Incorporated
1949-06 戦後の1949年（昭和24年）6月に法人・三共光学工業株式会社となり、①御客様②社員③地域の三者が栄える事を祈念しながら実績を積んでまいりました。
1967 1967年（昭和42年）には秋田県誘致企業として仙北郡美郷町に仙南工場を開設し、以降秋田県を製造本拠地として、55年以上、秋田県にて光学レンズ加工を手掛けております。
1970 別会社、秋南光学設立（所在地：刈和野、吸収合併済）
1973 仙北工場スタート（現・太田工場の前身）
1984 大森工場スタート（当時は別法人・大森精器、吸収合併済）
2002 三社統合合併（三共光学工業、大森精器、秋南光学）
