ゼンショーは従業員が本物の日本文化に触れ、その根底にある考え方への理解を深める場として、2023年、日本文化の粋が集まる京都に日本文化研修センターを開設しました。当地で開催している「日本文化に触れる研修」では、研修参加者が華道、書道などの体験を通じ、諸外国の文化を理解する土台として、まずは日本の文化を深く理解することに努めています。こうした活動が世界中の人々から共感を得られる人財の育成につながると確信しています。 |
