広島県農協印刷所の前身は、創業者である小林寅一が広島市中広町（現在の広島市西区）に開いた１軒の印刷工場でした。昭和20年8月6日の広島市への原爆投下の際は、工場も爆風の被害を受けましたが、偶然ながら断裁機の隙間にいたおかげで、創業者は事なきを得たと伝えられています。戦後は、紙や物資が不足する中で、復興生活を支えるインフラとして印刷の需要も高まり、その一つひとつに真摯に応えることで業務規模を拡大。次第に農協（現JA）に関する業務の比率が増えていきました。 |
