1947-01-27 （有）四日市電機製作所として創立。 日立製作所を目標とし、取締役社長 加藤 猛、取締役 高山 悦嘉 以下3名で歩み始めた。
1951 三重県四日市にて創業。食品、医薬品、ケミカル、自動車部品等幅広い分野において、これまでに100アイテム以上の装置を開発・製作。
1954 社名を、四日市電機（株）に変更。
1961 三重県四日市にて設立され、石油精製、化学、食品関係の各種タンク類、機械設備、圧力容器、配管の設計・施工を手掛けています。 また、プラント設備一式の一括設計・施工では、自社で設計、製作できる強みを十分に生かして、顧客から、高い評価を得ています。
1990 加藤　高成が,当社社長に就任。
1992 新社屋を完成。社会インフラ設備関係の電気工事を中心に事業を展開。
2003 工場生産設備関係の、電気設備工事の受注が増加し、連携各社と協力しながら業務を遂行。
2016 吉見　明博が代表取締役社長に就任。 経年電力ケーブルシステムを対象にした、ケーブルワイズ（活線診断）並びにケーブルキュア （ケーブル絶縁回復）の事業を本格的に展開開始。
2019-09 トーワエレックス株式会社と資本提携。
2024-04 診断ソリューション事業をトーワエレックス株式会社へ移管。
2024-06 谷口　光義が代表取締役社長に就任。
