もう1つ、なぜこの会社を設立したかについて。残念ながら、「クレーム産業」とも言われるこのリフォーム業界。工事の金額や工事プランのグレードは様々です。しかし、どんな価格帯・プランの工事でも、実際に作業をする職人さんの技術と想いで工事の仕上がりの全てが決まります。このリフォーム業界では、窓口になる元請け業者が利益を追求し過ぎるがあまりに、実際に作業をする職人さん（下請け、孫請け）の利益や時間を削減する傾向にあるように感じます。本来、自分の技術を磨きたい、活かしたいという想いで作品を作り上げるのが「職人」です。しかし、その職人さんにも家族があり、生活があります。職人さんが商売として作業をする環境に無理が生じ過ぎてしまうと、作品を作りたいという想いとは裏腹に「必要最低限の仕事をこなす」という事が必要になってしまいます。この環境で行われてしまう工事の一部が「手抜き工事」と言われてしまうのだと思います。 |
