1948-07-06 山田工業株式会社に組織変更（設立・登記）
1959 環境装置事業開設
1959-04 1959年(昭和34年)4月には、環境装置部門を創設し「YAMADA式前処理装置」を製作・販売すると共に、し尿処理施設、汚泥再生処理施設、公共上下水道施設、集落排水処理施設等の生活排水処理施設や最終処分場浸出水処理施設等の分野でも多くの実績を挙げております。

2000-03 し尿処理施設に於ける膜分離高負荷脱窒素処理方式（浄化槽汚泥対応型<生ゴミ液を含む>）の実証運転 : 及び（財）日本環境衛生センターによる性能確認を完了 : 膜分離高負荷脱窒素処理の営業開始
2001-11 マイクロ波を用いた汚泥乾燥炭化装置を開発 : 農業集落排水処理装置展示会に出展、販売開始
2011-06 本社大阪市中央区日本橋へ移転
2012-01 サノヤスグループのホールディングス体制スタートにより、サノヤスホールディングス株式会社の子会社となる
2018-07 サノヤスグループ再編により、サノヤスＭＴＧ株式会社を新設、その子会社となる
2021-03 新生サノヤスグループのスタート（造船事業譲渡）
2021-04 グループ再編により、サノヤスホールディングス株式会社の子会社となる
