In 2015, with the construction of the South Plant, we expanded the primary processing line (processing from steel frame materials) and welding robot equipment (column welding robot). This enabled us to handle all manufacturing (from primary to secondary processing) in-house, allowing timely production without being affected by the delivery schedules of external primary processing specialists. Additionally, we doubled the workspace for each production stage compared to the previous setup, enhancing safety.

In 2016, a roof was installed on the stock yard where finished products were stored, preventing rust on products (painted and hot-dip galvanized) that had previously been stored outdoors exposed to rain.

In August 2019, the new office was completed, bringing previously separate departments onto the same floor, creating a swift information dissemination and sharing environment. The gymnasium facilities were also completed, allowing employees to sweat it out with basketball and volleyball during lunch breaks and after work.

In August 2020, the automated assembly robot system, the first in the steel frame industry, was put into operation following years of joint development with Fanuc Corporation, a world-leading industrial robot manufacturer.
