1961-11 1961年11月に高井戸工場を新設し、各商社及びゼネコンのプラント輸出木箱作成につき、月間2,000ケースの契約締結を行いました。
2010-08 2010年8月に横浜大黒ふ頭のYCC梱包工場を新設しました。
2016-02 2016年2月に中目黒へ本社を移転しました。
2021-10 2021年10月に高井戸工場を閉鎖し、YCC梱包工場を拡大しました。
2024-12 2024年12月にイースタン・カーライナー株式会社が全株式を取得し、完全子会社となりました。
2025-02 2025年2月に天王洲アイルへ本社を移転しました。
