1982-04-01 東北大学「研究会館」に於いて梅屋薫教授（現名誉教授）等によって完成した圧密流動法（PAT）を用いたジルコニアるつぼ製造を開始、佐藤製線グループの一員として亘理町に会社を設立。
1983 高靭性ジルコニア製品の研究を開始。
1984 旭化成工業株式会社より、サンセラ製造権を獲得、同製造開始。
