昭和26年8月14日経済企画庁の前身である経済安定本部副長官の呼びかけで、同27日経済安定本部長官官舎に、能率関係者と学識経験者38名が集まり、官側より産業局長・産業政策課長などが出席し、「マネジメント・コンサルタント」の制度化を協議した。人事官 上野陽一先生が座長となり準備委員会を発足させ4回の準備委員会開催後、9月25日午後、通商産業大臣官邸において、「日本経営士会」の設立総会が開かれた。 |

昭和26年9月25日午後、通商産業大臣官邸において、「日本経営士会」の設立総会が開かれた。ここに日本経営士会が発足し、「経営士」が誕生した。初代会長加茂正雄、副会長荒木東一郎，森川覚三、事務局長湯浅三二郎の先生方で発足した。当初会員は一流の能率家と一流の学者50名であった。 |
