Based on the following principles, we declare the exclusion of organized crime groups and anti-social forces. 1. We will promote awareness and education among employees to practice the 'No' movement against organized crime (not using organized crime, not fearing organized crime, not providing money to organized crime). 2. We will take a firm stance as an organization against organized crime groups and anti-social forces and cut off all relations. 3. To prevent damages caused by organized crime groups and anti-social forces, we will strive to build close relationships with external specialized agencies (Ibaraki Prefectural Police, Ibaraki Prefectural Anti-Organized Crime Promotion Center). 4. We will not conduct any business transactions with organized crime groups and anti-social forces, including automobile sales, maintenance, and repairs (excluding recalls, improvement measures, and service campaigns). 5. We will respond to unjust demands by organized crime groups and anti-social forces with organizational measures while ensuring employee safety and aiming for quick problem resolution. 6. We will respond decisively to unjust demands by organized crime groups and anti-social forces through legal measures on both civil and criminal fronts. 7. Even if unjust demands by organized crime groups and anti-social forces are related to business scandals or employee misconduct, we will not engage in any covert transactions to conceal facts. If any involvement with anti-social forces is recognized, we will terminate all contracts and claim damages. If items are lent, they will be returned.
