Finseta started out life in 2010 as PlutusFX LTD, which would later become FXPress, CornerstoneFS and then Finseta Payment Solutions.

The company released internally its first version of what has gone on to become today’s Finseta Online Account and Back-Office Platform.

Now renamed FXPress Payment Services, the company began to offer the platform as a white label product to other FX companies.

The company begins the next stage of its growth acquiring a number of key competitors and starting the journey to become both an EMI and joining the London Stock Exchange.

CornerstoneFS PLC is launched on the London Stock Exchange on the AIM listing and ticker CSFS.

Though an acqui-hire process we brought aboard the new Asia team.

The Financial Conduct Authority grants us a new license to become an Electronic Money Institution.

Our office in Dubai is opened.

We formally acquire Capital Currencies LTD and bring them into the Finseta family.

We formally acquire Pangea FX LTD and bring them into the Finseta family.

Completion of Sale of Avila House Ltd.

Announcing the completion of the sale of Avila House Ltd. ("Avila") to Aspire Commerce Ltd. ("Aspire")

Receives authorisation to operate in Canada from FINTRAC. Finseta received authorisation from FINTRAC to operate in Canada, significantly expanding its international reach.

CornerstoneFS becomes Finseta. CornerstoneFS officially rebranded itself as Finseta, marking a strategic shift in the company's identity and focus.

Finseta launched its corporate card. With the launch of the card product, the company aims to meet a wider variety of customer needs, enhance satisfaction.

Opening of our Canadian Office. 320 Bay St, Suite 101 Toronto, ON M5H 4A6. This allows us to expand our international business.

Finseta International Payments (DIFC) was granted a Category 3D license by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) on the 11th of March, 2025
