Founding of Shimane Prefecture Local Lumber Co., Ltd. in Showa 18 (1943)
Establishment of Shimane Prefecture Plywood Cooperative
Founded Nisshin Forestry Co., Ltd. in Shinjiko Town, Yatsuka District, Shimane Prefecture, starting with plywood manufacturing and timber and sawn timber businesses. The founding officers included President and Director General Tabe Nagahide (23rd generation), Managing Director Naomasa Yamane, and Executive Director Kiyokazu Mataga: Nisshin Forestry Co., Ltd. Shinjiko Factory at the time of founding.
Established New Japan Plywood Co., Ltd. in Sotoe Town, Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture
Participated in the group by Masuda City, Ariake Town, West Japan Lumber Industry Co., Ltd.
In Okamoto Town, Matsue City, Lake Biwa Veneer Co., Ltd. (Administrator: Kiyokazu Mataga) completed rehabilitation procedures and officially joined the group.
