1946-04 宇高重清が終戦で帰川し四国中央市川之江町1564番地の親戚の土地建物を借り受けて鉄工所を創業一般機械器具の製作並びに修理、鉄骨工事・機械器具の設置工事をする。
1962-07 株式会社 宇高鉄工所を資本金1,000万円で設立 当初は土木向け小型タンクミキサー（移動式）や固定式コンクリートミキサーや漁業用ネットローラーや養殖魚の餌のパレタイザーを製作その後、のし紙凸番印刷機を自社開発し広く関東まで販売する。 また、自動化設備にも力を入れ、大手家電メーカーのテレビやコタツの製造ラインを製作。 地元のスーパー用レジ袋を製造するフィルムメーカーとの取引きが始まる。
1962-07 設立年 : 1962年7月
1980-03 創業者の長男　宇高光重（現 社長）が神戸の就職先より帰川し事業を引き継ぐ 衛生用品メーカーとの取引きが始まる。
1985-08 現在の四国中央市川之江町577番地に工場を新築移転 新築移転に伴い、設計課を新設し需要の拡大に対応するフィルムメーカーとの取引きが進展し、フィルム成形機や印刷機の製作が拡大。 CAD導入。
1988 衛生用品メーカーの生産設備製作を始める。 多台数の受注が続く。
1990-02 創業者の次男　宇高正重（現 専務）が東京の就職先より帰川し事業に参加 海外への設備設置が増える。
2000-03 塗装場完成。 本社工場増築。
2000-04 スパイラル搬送機ドラゴンベア・追い刷り印刷機特許申請。
2002-01-24 ウダカエンジニアリング株式会社に社名変更 鋼材の販売会社より工場を取得し、第二工場とする。
2005 中国大連に事務所開設。
2011-01 元ユニチャーム技術開発本部長 野村拓功氏を指導者に迎えQC活動を改善する。
2013 四国三菱電機販売㈱との業務提携契約を結ぶ。
2013-12 宇高精機（大連）有限公司を資本金1,000万円で開業。
2013-12 設立年 : 2013年12月
2015-05 PT.UDAKAENGINEERING INDONESIA 資本金3.000万で開業。
2015-05 設立年 : 2015年5月
2016-10 加工工場建設。
