1955 当社は1955年に設立し、魚群探知機のパイオニアとして国内外の漁師の皆様を長年サポートしてきました。半世紀以上にわたり経験と実績を積み重ね、魚群探知機、ソナー、プロッタの製造・販売において確かな技術と信頼関係を築いています。
1955-06 鈴木小平が鈴木魚探株式会社を設立。
1959 伊勢湾台風に襲われ、社屋、工場を全て流失、大きな打撃を受ける。
1965 前本社のあった愛知県蒲郡市三谷町に敷地約2,000㎡を買収、翌年社屋工場を竣工。
1975-12 創立者 鈴木小平 死去。翌年1月鈴木隆靖が社長に就任。
1977 蒲郡事業部にB工場を新設。
1980 愛知県豊橋市花田三番町に本社社屋を新築落成。
1983 蒲郡事業部に総合環境試験室を完成。
1984 技術開発センター新築落成。
1985 愛知県豊橋市馬見塚町に工場用地約3,500㎡を買収。同年同敷地内に豊橋事業部を新築落成。
1987 豊橋事業部に最新鋭の総合環境試験室を新築。
1994 ロラン受信機の代替需要として、新型低価格のGPSカラープロッタが大ヒットする。
1995 新型6インチカラー液晶機種の開発。
1996-03 社長 鈴木隆靖 退任。田嶋初美が社長に就任。
2001-02 社長 田嶋初美 退任。鈴木哲吉が社長に就任。8月、本社社屋を閉鎖し、豊橋事業部と統合。
2005 4インチ小型サーチライトソナーの開発。
2006 豊橋事業部敷地内に本社社屋新築落成。
2011-02 社長 鈴木哲吉 退任。金子文久が社長に就任。
2012 6インチデジタルソナーの開発。
2019-04 ISO9001取得。
