1988 (有）カワショーを創立、平判のラミネート加工と感熱紙の小巻加工を始める。
1988 旧伊予三島市に新工場を建設し、押出ラミネーター１号機を設置して巻取原紙のラミネート加工を開始する。
1990 江南紙工（株）よりラミネート加工部分を分離し、資本金3,000万円にて、丸紅（株）と江南ラミネート（株）を創立する。
