1968-04-26 中部鍛工株式会社の名称で株式会社シンニッタンと株式会社小松製作所との折半出資により設立。
1968-05 愛知県新城市の工場誘致条例の適用を受け、同市との間に市内有海原の本社工場用地の買収契約に調印。
1969-04 工場建設を完了。一部操業開始。
1971-01 竣工式及び披露を実施。総工費は7億円。主体設備は3tハンマー2台及び4tハンマー1台。
1973-11 2000tフォージングプレス1台新設。熱処理設備増設完了。
1974-06 第2鍛造工場（完全防音工場）新設。4ｔハンマー2台増設。
1975-03 6tハンマー1台新設。
1977-09 株式会社シンニッタンと協力し、株式会社小松製作所のポーランド鍛造プラント輸出での技術援助を行う。
1987-04 株式会社シンニッタンの全額出資となる。
1989-09 3500tフォージングプレス1台、600tビレットシャー及び鍛造直接焼入れでの全自動ライン新設。
1997-11 子会社として株式会社東海テクニカルセンターを設立。リンクの機械加工を開始。
2006-10 15000LBSハンマーを設置。6tハンマーとの交互稼働とする。
2007-10 株式会社東海テクニカルセンターを吸収合併。
2008-07 エコステージ1を認証取得。
2009-05 5000tプレスラインを新設。
2010-10 メタルソーを新設。
2014-07 エコステージ2を認証取得。
2019-10 工場建屋耐震工事 着工。
2023-02 ビレットシャー1000t 新設。
2023-03 工場建屋耐震工事 竣工。
