Saba Electric Company N.V. was founded in 1962 by Atthello M. Edwards and her nephews Elmer and Albert Linzey, before being sold to NV GEBE in 1968.
On January 1, 2014, Saba Electric Company N.V. was brought back into operation as a standalone electricity provider serving the island of Saba.
