Seed Co International Limited was incorporated in Botswana under the International Financial Services Centre on 7 July 2000, initially as a wholly owned subsidiary of Seed Co Limited (Zimbabwe).
Following the 2018 unbundling from Seed Co Limited, Seed Co International Limited's primary listing on the Botswana Stock Exchange commenced on 5 October 2018, with a secondary listing on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.
