History
Established in 1969 through the merger of D'Aguiar Bros. (D.I.H.) and Banks Breweries Ltd.; its roots go back to a rum business founded in 1840. It was the first company to list shares in Guyana. It has held a controlling interest in Citizens Bank Guyana Incorporated since 1998.
