History
Established as Industrial Gases Plc, renamed to BOC Gases Nigeria Plc in 1997. In 2006, the German Linde Group acquired 60% of shares, and in August 2021, TY Holdings Limited acquired 72%, transforming into a fully Nigerian-owned company, renamed Industrial and Medical Gases Nigeria Plc.
