Seligdar took 23rd place among 203 companies in the ESG ranking of Russian companies by the agency "Expert RA", compiled using an updated methodology. The holding significantly improved its disclosure of non‑financial information and retained third place in the industry ranking for gold, diamond, and precious stone mining.
AK&M confirmed Seligdar's RESG 1 rating for non‑financial reporting — the highest level of sustainability information disclosure. The company receives this rating for the third consecutive year. The 2025 report scored 90.2 points.
The Russian Main State Expertise issued a positive conclusion on the project documentation for the construction of a mining complex at the Gladko deposit in the Aldan district of Yakutia. The conclusion is required for subsequent construction of technical and industrial facilities for mineral extraction.
Seligdar Holding assisted in preparing the documentary film 'Golden Age' about the history of domestic gold mining. The film by studio '123 Stories' is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Viktor Tarkanovsky and tells about the creation and operation of the Kular mine. It will be shown at the MAINEKS Russia 2026 forum.
Seligdar continues the phased implementation of the 'Kyuchus' project in northern Yakutia and has begun designing a mining and metallurgical plant. At the MINEKS Russia forum session, representatives of the Holding discussed the project's progress and other investment initiatives. Currently, three major projects are being developed: two mining and enrichment complexes in Yakutia and Chukotka, and a metallurgical plant in the Khabarovsk region.
"Seligdar" and BUREAU 1440 have entered into a forward contract to provide satellite communication for several gold mining complexes in the Aldan cluster. After testing the solution, BUREAU 1440 is planned to be used in the development of the Kyuchus deposit in the Arctic zone of Yakutia.
The Seligdar Holding participated in the VII Northern Forum on Sustainable Development, which took place at the North-Eastern Federal University named after M. K. Amosov. Participants discussed the development of infrastructure and industrial projects in the Arctic and the Far East, including the formation of the Kyuchus Mineral Resources Cluster in Yakutia.
Seligdar held an autumn Technical Council in Moscow. Participants discussed the exploration, design, and development of the Kyuchus complex infrastructure; main construction is planned to start in 2028. Over nine months, the Holding's gold and lead mining divisions surpassed planned targets.
The documentary film 'Search on Search' became the winner of MineMovie-2026 in the 'Film about a profession' category. The film tells about the children's geological camp 'Altai Ravens', which conducts scientific expeditions around the Murzinsky deposit in the Altai region.
Seligdar was recognised in the special nomination “For Contribution to the Development of Investor Relations” in the “Best Investor Relations Department” competition organised by AMICS. The competition assessed investor and analyst information materials, professional competence, and engagement with the investment community.
