SAMTECH is awarded top prizes in the “Attractive Manufacturing” and “Innovation Encouragement” categories of the “Takumi by Prosperity” Osaka Frontier Award. |

Re-appointment of directors: Teppei Sakaguchi becomes Board Chair, Yoshiki Sakaguchi becomes President. Received the 2010 Excellence in Technology Award from JTEKT Corporation. Samtech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand with a capital of 180 million Thai baht. Mass production started in 2013. |

The Die Set Plant (die set repair facility) is completed in the Kashiwabara Habikino Industrial Park. SAMTECH celebrates the 100th anniversary of its founding. |

Start of mass production of high-pressure gas vessels (high-pressure composite accumulators) for hydrogen stations. |

Supply of high-pressure composite accumulators to 69 stationary and mobile hydrogen stations throughout Japan. Chairman Teppei Sakaguchi is awarded a Medal with Yellow Ribbon and designated an Osaka Prefecture Person of Industrial Merit. |

A new high-speed, 3,000-ton hot-forging line is added to the Habikino Plant. Chairman Teppei Sakaguchi receives a letter of appreciation. Establishment of SAMTECH Mexico in Leon, Mexico. |
