Telecom Vanuatu Limited was established in 1978 and became Vanuatu's first provider of landline, GSM, fibre internet and 4G services.
Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited (ATH) group acquired Telecom Vanuatu Limited in March 2017.
From 31 March 2020 Telecom Vanuatu Limited trades under the Vodafone brand as Vodafone Vanuatu.
