We received a Respect for the Aged Day present from Ichinomiya Kindergarten, and everyone was delighted by the charming gift. The article expresses gratitude to the people of Ichinomiya Kindergarten.
We held a recreation event for the Elderly Appreciation Meeting on September 19. The children were delighted by the drum performances, and we enjoyed luxurious bento and elderly appreciation manju.
On September 29, we held a Health and Longevity Festival (Sports Day) in the third-floor hall of Seiwaen. We conducted activities such as a bread-eating contest, a borrowed item contest, and a team ball-carrying exercise, and enjoyed the competitions in two parts, morning and afternoon.
On August 19, a flowing somen recreation was held, and participants enjoyed the taste of summer. In the afternoon, a ring-throwing recreation was conducted, bringing smiles. Additionally, postcards wishing relief from the lingering heat were sent to families.
The Social Welfare Corporation Qin Daiya Life Welfare Society held a yakiniku lunch as a recreation. Even residents who usually eat little enjoyed freshly grilled meat, and many were pleased.
On July 7th, we held a Tanabata festival where we wrote wishes on tanzaku and decorated them. In July, we made wind chimes and created cool-looking works to feel the summer breeze. On July 29th, we enjoyed a watermelon splitting game and everyone got excited.
On August 10, 2026, the Kochi City Hall Dancer Corps visited Seiwaen and performed a dance. The Seiwaen Dance Club dancers also participated and showcased the results of their practice. The live performance was more impressive than a televised broadcast, and Seiwaen medals were also presented.
Providing freshly fried tempura within the unit, allowing users to enjoy the deliciousness. The freshly fried tempura was well received, and everyone was pleased.
At the cultural class of the Social Welfare Corporation Qin Dailai Life Welfare Association, parfait making was held in response to residents' requests. Participants chose their favorite toppings and enjoyed delicious parfaits.
On July 28th, a flowing somen noodle event was held at the Social Welfare Corporation Qin Dai Life Welfare Society. Participants caught noodles and enjoyed watermelons. Everyone enjoyed a summer tradition together.
