From 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 22, a new construction completion viewing event will be held in Mino-Kamo City, Gifu Prefecture. You can view a 32.25 tsubo, two-story home that showcases the master carpenter's dedication and the use of wooden materials. Participation is free of charge, and pre-registration is available for a smoother tour experience.
On Sunday, October 25, 2026, we will hold a bus tour to visit construction sites and the homes of homeowners. You can tour ongoing construction sites, newly completed homes, and a one-year-old single-story house, and hear the owners' firsthand experiences. Individual consultations are also available after the tour.
Model house tours from Monday, September 21 (public holiday) to Wednesday, September 23 (public holiday) 2026 are by reservation only. Visitors must reserve by Thursday, September 17. On Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, tours are available as usual without reservation.
We will hold a completion viewing of a 30.04 tsubo one-story house in Kani City, Gifu Prefecture on September 26 and 27. You can view the living room built with log construction, the home office space, the circulation path, the separate garage, and the custom-made bookshelves. Participation is by appointment, and a detailed map will be provided after reservation.
Kōei Construction will be closed for summer vacation from August 13 to August 16, 2026. Requests for information and inquiries received during the closure period will be handled in order starting from Monday, August 17.
We are recruiting participants for the 1-Day Internship, where you can experience Kōei Construction's dedication to home building and learn about the industry and the company. We will also explain the role of a "home-building producer" who handles construction management, design, and sales in a unified manner. The event dates are August 7, 21, September 11, 18, from 10:00 to 16:30. Lunch will be provided.
Due to employee training, we will be closed from Tuesday, July 28, 2026, to Thursday, July 30, 2026. The Model House, Renovation Studio, and CO-A DIY FACTORY will also be closed. We will resume normal business hours on Friday, July 31, 2026.
On August 8th and 9th in Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture, we will hold a renovation viewing event where you can tour the house before handover. The 2‑story home, covering 79.56 tsubo (approximately 263 square meters), features plaster walls, solid oak flooring, R walls, and a cat walk. Participation is by reservation, and we will also introduce subsidies and construction stories.
Information about a bus tour visiting a home under construction and homes owned by clients, each with a different age and style. The tour will be held on July 11, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Participants can hear from the homeowners, and individual consultations are also available after the tour. The meeting point is the Koei Construction Renovation Studio.
From June 22 to 28, 2026, a renovation open house will be held in Kani City, Gifu Prefecture, featuring a 38-year-old, 36.66-tsubo (approximately 121-square-meter) single-story home. Visitors can see the home after its layout was changed from 2LDK to 4LDK and seismic and insulation upgrades were made. Reservations are required from June 22 to 26.
