Regarding the PHP vulnerability disclosed on October 21, 2026, no damage caused by exploitation, unauthorized use, or impact on services has been confirmed to date. The service remains available as usual, and no action is required from customers. We have strengthened monitoring of some systems and are proceeding with the deployment of a PHP update that addresses the vulnerability.
The application of the PHP patch to all services was completed on October 22, and all necessary measures have been taken. No data leaks, cyber attacks, or unauthorized access have been detected, and no incidents related to this matter have occurred. Services are available as usual, and no action is required from customers. Monitoring and status checks will continue.
On April 21, 2026, a delegation of six people, including Chairman Shigeru Omi of the Japan Anti-Tuberculosis Association, visited the Saitama Prefectural Government Office and Saitama City Hall to pay courtesy calls on Saitama Governor Motohiro Ono and Saitama Mayor Hayato Shimizu. The delegation requested cooperation for the 78th National Tuberculosis Prevention Conference, which will be held in Saitama Prefecture this winter, and also called for support for initiatives such as public awareness campaigns aimed at eradicating tuberculosis. The conference is scheduled to include events and meetings to raise interest in tuberculosis.
