History
In response to a request from the local medical association, we began operations as the clinical laboratory division of Oda Pharmaceutical Wholesale Co., Ltd., headquartered in Hamamatsu City, Iwate Prefecture.
With the enactment of the laboratory registration law, we received approval as Iwate Prefecture Registered Laboratory No. 1.
We acquired the clinical laboratory business from the Miyako Medical Association Testing Center and opened the Miyako Clinical Laboratory Center (registration number No. 15).
To carry out delivery services related to clinical laboratory work, we established Regional Medical Service Co., Ltd. in Morioka City.
Through a spin-off of the clinical laboratory business from Oda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., we established Oda Morioka Clinical Laboratory Center Co., Ltd. headquartered in Morioka City. We acquired 100% ownership of Regional Medical Service Co., Ltd. and made it a subsidiary.
We entered into a business and capital partnership with BML Co., Ltd.
We changed the company name to Morioka Clinical Laboratory Center Co., Ltd.
We relocated the headquarters, Morioka Lab, to its current location (Haba, Morioka City).
