沿革
Beginning of Mahindara Ugine steel.(MUSCO)
Joint venture between Mahindra and Sanyo started and company renamed Mahindra Sanyo Special Steel Pvt Ltd (MSSSPL).
On 27th April 2023, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. ("Mahindra") sold and transferred its entire shareholding of 22.81% in the share capital of the Company to Sanyo Special Steel Co., Ltd., Japan ("Sanyo, Japan") and exited from the joint venture as a shareholder of the Company. The company was renamed Sanyo Special Steel India Pvt. Ltd. (SSMI).
On 24th May 2024, Mitsui & Co., Ltd., Japan ("Mitsui, Japan") sold and transferred its entire shareholding of 15.43% in the share capital of the Company to Sanyo, Japan and exited from the joint venture as a shareholder of the Company. Presently, Sanyo, Japan holds 100% of the shares in the share capital of the Company.
