Established as Okinawa Building Maintenance Co., Ltd. with capital of 2.5 million yen, headquartered in Matsuo, Naha City. The company was founded with the purpose of comprehensive building management.

Designated as a Minister of Health specified contractor under the Act on the Maintenance of Hygienic Environment in Buildings. Registered with license number Ministry of Health Environmental 614 for tank cleaning, air quality measurement, rodent and pest control, and general cleaning services.

Headquarters moved to Denbatadō Building, 2-chome Komoji, Naha City.

Awarded by the Governor of Okinawa Prefecture as an excellent workplace promoting employment of the elderly.

Established the Ginowan branch office in Ginowan City.

Established the North branch office in Onna Village.

Established the Miyako branch office in Yonaha, Shimajiri Town, within Miyakojima Tokyu Resort.

Capital increased to 10 million yen due to business expansion.

Established the Urasoe branch office in Jōma, Urasoe City, within the Orion Hall.

Founder Kageaki Oyama received a Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare commendation for lifelong achievements in improving environmental hygiene of buildings.

Capital increased to 30 million yen due to business expansion.

Invested 3 million yen to establish the subsidiary Okinoshō Clean Co., Ltd. as a related company for the subsidiary establishment plan.

Commenced the groundbreaking ceremony for the headquarters building on the site at 2-cho Akebono, Naha City.

Received a courtesy certificate from the Naha City Tax Office Director as a good reporting corporation in fiscal year 1995.
