The Harajuku Quest location will offer its exclusive “HARAJUKU Lunch Course” starting October 23, 2026. Guests can choose from three main dishes and enjoy Taiwanese cuisine to share. Dessert will feature a “Peanut Roll Ice Crepe,” made by wrapping peanut candy, ice cream, and cilantro in a thin Taiwanese-style spring roll wrapper. Reservations open at 11:00 a.m. on October 20.
Starting August 7, 2026, four wines will be available under the supervision of Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Fujimaru Winery: Delaware White 2025, Delaware Orange 2025, Delaware Orange Amber 2025, and Merlot 2025. Selected by Jay Wu and aged and brewed with food pairings in mind, the wines bring out the grapes’ natural flavors for a clear, fresh finish.
Starting April 10, 2026, the Fujin Tree Harajuku course will be available as an all-day set menu featuring large plates selected by guests to share. For dessert, tofu pudding comes with a choice of 20 toppings, allowing guests to enjoy “My Original Fujin Tree Douhua,” designed to balance health and flavor. The price is ¥4,980 per person, for groups of three or more.
An original label for Taiwan Beer Gold Medal Premium Beer will go on sale from November 18, 2025. Available in limited quantities exclusively at the Harajuku Quest store in Japan, it is a collaboration bottle called “Taiwan Beer × JAY SELECT.” The label features an icon of the founder and a message connecting Taiwan with the world.
The Harajuku Quest store will grand-open on November 18, 2025. Following its Michelin recognition, it has undergone its first major menu refresh, adding 16 new items. A highlight of the new menu is “Buddha Jumps Over the Wall Soup.”
The second Japan location of Fujin Tree Taiwanese Cuisine & Champagne will grand-open on the fifth floor of Harajuku Quest on November 18, 2025. Relaunched as a crossroads of culture and lifestyle with a diverse mix of stores, Harajuku Quest will offer a space blending Taiwanese food culture with Harajuku’s distinctive character.
FUJIN TREE JAPAN is making its formerly limited-time Taiwan Tuan Yuan course a regular offering. This prix fixe lunch course is designed to be enjoyed with family and friends, and includes an innovative Taiwanese dessert: shaved ice with sesame and peanut dumplings. Available from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
From July 28 to September 30, 2025, FUJIN TREE JAPAN will offer the Taiwan Tuan Yuan course, a prix fixe lunch to enjoy with family and friends. Dessert includes a Taiwanese-style shaved ice with sesame and peanut dumplings, pairing cold ice with hot dumplings. This distinctive dessert is expected to become a trend.
Starting June 20, 2025, FUJIN TREE JAPAN will offer three original natural wines. The wines are made by Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Fujimaru Winery and aged with food pairings in mind. Each is crafted to bring out the grapes’ full potential.
In response to the earthquake that struck central Myanmar on March 28, 2025, FUJIN TREE JAPAN is conducting an emergency relief fundraiser. Donations collected are expected to be provided as food assistance to affected people through the UN World Food Programme. The organization welcomes everyone’s support.
