株式会社東京精機工作所

昭和30年 : 初代社長が京浜鉄工所の工作機械部門から分離独立し、東京精機工作所を資本金300万円で設立 (株)三正製作所の協力工場として工作機械の製造を開始

Our first president spun off from the Machine Tools Department of Keihin Ironworks Co., Ltd. and established Tokyo Seiki Kosakusho Co., Ltd. with 3 million yen in capital.

昭和36年 : 4月 : 技術の進展に伴い外注としての主要な地位を占め、法人組織を有限会社東京精機工作所として設立

We first manufactured machine tools as a subcontractor of Sansei Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

昭和39年 : 4月 : 大田区萩中に組立機械工場を新設すると共に、（株）ディスコの依頼を受けスライシングマシンを開発しOEMにて製造を開始

We had become a major subcontractor and changed the corporation body to a private limited company with the technology evolution. We newly established an assembly plant in Haginaka, Ohta-ku, Tokyo. In addition, we developed and started manufacturing slicing machines based on the request from DISCO Corporation.

昭和48年 : 4月 : 大田区西糀谷第2工場を増設

We built the second plant in Nishi-kohjiya, Ohta-ku, Tokyo.

昭和50年 : 1月 : 親会社からの独立により、工作機械（ロータリー研削盤、平面研削盤）の製造販売を開始

We achieved a complete independence from subcontracting and started manufacturing and sale of machine tools(Rptary slicing machine / Surface grinding machine).

昭和53年 : 12月 : 大田区本羽田1丁目に本社工場を建設し、大田区萩中の工場を統合。大型スライシングマシンを開発し、シリーズ化して販売を開始

We established a main plant in Honhaneda 1-chome, Ohta-ku and consolidated the Haginaka plant. We developed large slicing machines and started selling a line of slicing machines.

昭和55年 : 6月 : 事業の発展に伴い株式会社に組織変更する．スライシングマシンのシリーズ化に続いて、大型ロータリー平面研削盤を開発、また薄型ダイヤモンド砥石を使用したIC関係のシリコン、セラミックス、フェライトコアなどの高密度切断機の製造開始

We changed the corporation body to a stock company with the development of our business. Following the line of slicing machines, we developed large rotary surface grinders. We started to manufacture high-density cutting machines with thin diamond grinding wheel for IC-related silicon, ceramics and ferritic core.

昭和57年 : 6月 : 大田区萩中にショールームを開設

We opened a showroom in Haginaka, Ohta-ku, Tokyo.

昭和62年 : 2月 : 大田区東糀谷に加工部品専用の機械工場を新設

We terminated the second plant, newly established a machinery plant dedicated to partial processing in Higashi-kohjiya, Ohta-ku and consolidated the second plant into this new plant.

平成5年 : 6月 : 資本金を10,000千円に増資

We increased the capital to 10 million yen.

平成7年 : 6月 : 当社の技術ならびに業績が会員としての資格と認められ、現会員会社の推薦を受け、工作機械の業界団体である(社)日本工作機械工業会(日工会)に加入

With our technology and achievement approved to qualify for membership and with recommendation from the current member company, we joined and became a member of Japan Machine Tool Builders’ Association, an industry organization of machine tools.

平成12年 : 7月 : 資本金を50,000千円に増資

We increased the capital to 50 million yen.

平成13年 : 4月 : 創立40周年記念式典およびパーティーを羽田空港ビル「ビッグ・バード」で実施

We held the anniversary event and party to commemorate the 40th anniversary of its founding at Big Bird of Haneda Airport Building.

新たに土地を購入し、大田区本羽田2丁目に本社ならびに組立専用工場を建設、移転

We built the new main office and assembly plant in Honhaneda 2-chome, Ohta-ku, Tokyo. The former main plant became a sheet-metal and paint plant.

平成16年 : 10月 : 素顔の活力経営者（『商工ジャーナル』）に掲載

平成18年 : 1月 : 本銀行の短観、ヒアリング企業に選任され、継続中。日刊工業新聞が全国の中堅・中小企業の優れた経営者を表彰する「優秀経営者顕彰制度」の第23回表彰で、小美野会長が'優秀創業者賞'を受賞

We were elected as the hearing company of TANKAN of the Bank of Japan.

平成19年 : 6月 : 『明日を拓く注目企業140社』（PHP研究所）に掲載

大田区本羽田1丁目の第3工場に、1階は組立工場、2階を板金工場とし、移転

We newly established the third plant in Honhaneda 1-chome, Ohta-ku. Its 1st floor is an assembly plant and 2nd floor a sheet-metal plant.

株)TSKサービスを設立。営業部アフターサービス部門を引き継ぎ

TSK Service Co., Ltd. was established. This company succeeded the after-sale service section in our sales department.

平成20年 : 7月 : 『PV JAPAN』に出展

We disaplayed at "PV JAPAN".

平成21年 : 2月 : 『PV EXP2009』に出展 : 『おおた工業フェア』に出展

We displayed at "PV EXP2009".

We displayed at "Oota Industrial Fare 2009".

平成25年 : 3月 : 日本工作機械販売協会メーカー賛助会員に加入

We affiliated with The Japan Machine Tool Distributors Association as a maker supporting member.

平成25年 : 10月 : 『メカトロテック ジャパン 2013』にCNC横軸精密ロータリー平面研削盤TR60NCA型を出展

We displayed at "Mechatronics Technology Japan 2013".

平成26年 : 8月 : 立軸ロータリー平面研削盤TRV80NC-NC2型出荷開始

平成26年 : 10月 : 『JIMTOF2014第27回日本国際工作機械見本市』にCNCスライシングマシンTSNA5020SM-NC3型他を出展

平成27年 : 10月 : 『メカトロテック ジャパン 2015』にCNC横軸精密ロータリー平面研削盤TR80NC型を出展
